Cancellation Policy

Scope of Services Consultations provide professional guidance and advice. They do not constitute legal or tax filing services until formally agreed upon in writing. Additional services (including tax preparation, bookkeeping, or financial planning) may require a separate engagement agreement and pricing. Payment Policy Non-Refundable Payment: All booking fees are non-refundable and required at the time of scheduling. Payment Methods: Payments must be made via the secure booking/payment system provided. Appointments will not be confirmed without full payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Repeated Reschedules: Clients with more than two reschedule requests may be required to book a new appointment with an additional fee. Timeliness Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late, to respect the next client’s time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled and considered a no-show. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations. The advice provided is based on the information shared; incomplete or inaccurate information may limit the effectiveness of recommendations. Confidentiality All consultations are confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law. Acknowledgment By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Booking Policy.
